Every member is entitled, at any time, to put forward an initiative proposal for the consideration of the members. In this forum, we shall make use of the Poll facility for “Newtopic” for this purpose.

An initiative proposal shall be qualified for endorsement by members when it is supported by not less than 10 members (including the proposer) or 1% of the total membership, whichever is the greater.
