Once an initiative proposal is so qualified, the proposing member shall notify the moderator that his initiative proposal has received the necessary support for endorsement by the members. The moderator shall then put up at this forum the Initiative Proposal for endorsement by members, again using the Poll facility for “Newtopic”.

At this stage of the Initiative Proposal process, only members who are in favour of the Initiative Proposal need to endorse it. No action is required of the other members.

Any issue that has failed to obtain 50% +1 or more of the members' votes (failed issue) shall not be eligible for voting on by the members unless it has received not less than 51% endorsement by the members or unless 12 months have elapsed since it was last voted on whichever the earlier.
