Subject to the disqualification of failed issues, any Initiative Proposal that has received not less than 25% endorsement by the members shall then be voted by the members at the forum here. The moderator would set up the necessary poll for voting by the members.

All members are obliged to vote at this poll. The moderator will notify the members about the poll accordingly.

The Initiative Proposal qualifying, endorsement and voting processes are designed to ensure only issues that concern a meaningful number of members are voted on by the members. This is to ensure no wasting of members’ time and energy on unnecessary voting since every member is entitled to propose, at any time, any issue for an Initiative Proposal which will require not less than 50% + 1 support for adoption by the members.
